DRAGON GARDEN LJUBLJANA

To ensure that your stay will be pleasant and prevent any misunderstandings, please read the house policy and rules. When checking in, it is implied that you are familiar with and agree to them and that you will fully keep to them. Violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation and a charge for the total amount of the accommodation price regardless of the shorter stay.

General information

• Check-out is until 10 a.m.; Check-in is from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.
• If guests expect to arrive after 9 p.m. on the first day, they must inform the host about it to avoid their apartment being given to other guests, thinking that the first one gave up the reservation.
• Dragon Garden Pavilion Ljubljana will clean and prepare the apartment before your arrival.
• Dragon Garden Pavilion Ljubljana will change your bed linen and towels and clean the apartment on departure or after the 4th night if your stay is longer than 6 nights.
• The staff are not entitled to enter the guest’s apartment or use their personal belongings without prior announcement to and permission from the guest. The staff can enter the premises in the absence of the guest only to clean the apartment and change the bed linen – and when there is reason to believe that the premises or the guest are in danger or that the house rules are being seriously violated.

Responsibility

• Dragon Garden Pavilion Ljubljana is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your equipment or belongings while you stay at our premises. Please use the safe provided in the apartment to store your valuables.  

Payment and reservation

• Full payment must be made upon arrival.
• We make a reservation for the amount of 1 night on your credit card 5 days before your arrival.
• In case of damage or violation of the rules we will charge your credit card for the amount of the damage within the 48h period after your check out.
• All guests are required to present a valid credit card upon check-in, except in the case when they have already provided credit card information at the reservation.
• All guests must present current photo identification upon check-in (passport or ID).
• Anyone staying overnight in Slovenia has to pay tourist and promotional tax. Tourist and promotional tax are not included in the rental price and it has to be paid upon arrival:
• – 3.13 euro/person/night (18+ y)
• – 1.57 euro/person/night (7 – 18 y) 

Cancellation policy

• If a reservation is canceled or modified up to 5 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If a reservation is canceled or modified later, 100 % of the first night will be charged.
• In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• If canceled after check-in, reimbursement is not possible.
• All changes/cancellations/modifications (such as changes in arrival time, postponing the arrival date, reducing the length of the stay), MUST be made by e-mail (not by phone) directly to Dragon Garden Pavilion Ljubljana, book@dragongardenljubljana.com

Longer stay

• In 100% advance payment, we offer an extra 10% discount.
• Advance payments are non-refundable.

House rules

• There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the apartment. According to Slovenian law, smoking is forbidden in all closed areas.
• There are absolutely no illegal drugs of any sort allowed on the premises.
• Parties or events are not allowed in the accommodation.
• Pets are not allowed. The host has the right to cancel the reservation if the guest brings pets without his knowledge.
• Please take care of the rented apartment.
• Mandatory recycling of general waste and organic waste – public trash bins in the kitchen below the sink.
• Mandatory recycling of plastic/ cans/ foil, paper and glass – public trash bins in front of Dragon Garden Pavilion Ljubljana
• Apartments accessories (pillows, blankets, towels and the like) are not allowed to be taken out of the apartment.
• It is forbidden to use towels provided by Dragon Garden Pavilion Ljubljana to clean shoes, floors, tables, etc. If you need additional cleaning material, please ask and we will provide it.
• It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable or explosive materials and objects with unpleasant smells into Dragon Garden Pavilion Ljubljana.
• When leaving the apartment, close the windows and turn off electric appliances and water taps.
• Please report the loss of the key immediately by mail (book@dragongardenljubljan.com) or mobile phone (+386 30 315 261) to Dragon Garden Pavilion Ljubljana.
• A guest who causes damage to Dragon Garden Pavilion Ljubljana property on purpose or by accident will have to make restitution for the full amount of the damage. Unless the guest reports the damage and personally pays for it, the amount of the damage will be charged to the guest’s credit card within the period of 48h after his departure.
• You are obliged to leave the apartment you rented as you found it upon arrival – clean, tidy and undamaged.
• The patio area must be kept clean (no can/bottles or full ashtrays left, etc.)
• Please immediately inform the staff of any defects or faults in the apartment or dissatisfaction with the service.

Noise

• Respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors.
• Please keep silence from 10 p.m. onwards.
• When arriving or departing to/from the apartment, please be quiet so as not to bother the neighbors.
• Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests, neighbors, staff or residents will be requested to leave the premises and will not be offered a refund. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, residents and property. 

Other things to note

• The host is available to the guests for any information and assistance they may need during their stay. In case of any complaint about the accommodation quality, we advise you to contact us directly.
• The host is neither obliged nor responsible for organizing guests’ free time or entertaining them.
• The host does not have the right to enter in the rented accommodation during the absence of the guests, except to stop damage or danger occurring in the accommodation. In this case, guests will be informed as soon as they return to the accommodation. If the host has any reason to believe that house rules have been violated, the guests must allow let him to enter the accommodation to check the situation.
• It is strictly forbidden for anyone other than guests to stay inside or outside the accommodation. If any person other than one declared at the reservation is present in the accommodation, the host has the right to cancel the reservation of all the guests.
• Firefighting notices are located on the ground floor, so please read them and abide by them.
